DCL Palo: Brunch or Dinner?

Ahoy, Disney Fans!!!      Today I am tackling a hard topic. It's a decision that every adult Guest has to face when they sail on a Disney Cruise: Do I go to Palo for brunch or for dinner????      Oooo, so hard to choose! Both are fantastic, but I have a clear favorite! First, let me explain to those readers who may not know, Palo is an exclusive, adults only restaurant on board the Disney ships. It has Venetian theming and décor, an incredible menu, impeccable service, and gorgeous, open vistas of the sea from it's panoramic windows. If Guests choose to dine in Palo, they can do so for a fee of $30 per person, ($89 per person if you want to include wine pairings with dinner). You can opt for dinner or brunch. Reservations are required and can be booked 120 days before your sail date for Concierge and Platinum Guests, 105 days in advance for Gold Guests,

In fact, there are already some meals that include entertainment, like Disney's three dinner shows,  The Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue  and  Mickey's Backyard Barbecue  at Fort Wilderness, and  The Spirit of Aloha,  (known to most Guests as "The Luau"), at the Polynesian Village Resort. These three shows each i

Doc took the Littles for a stroll      Today I want to talk to you about characters, and specifically how to maximize your interactions with the characters and make them as enjoyable and memorable as possible. Take it from someone who still tears up almost  every  time she is in the presence of a larger-than-life animated mouse... Meeting a favorite Disney character can be an Earth-shattering experience to a kid, (or even someone who once  was  a kid). It may seem like something that doesn't need a whole lot of explanation or preparation, but there are absolutely ways that you can make or break your experience interacting with the characters. Allow me to shed some light. Here are my top tips on having an awesome character experience: 1.  Take It From Scar...   Be Prepared (You just sang that, didn't you?)      There are super fun ways to prepare for meeting the characters before your trip, including  watching movies
