The coaster closed in mid June and latest estimates have a reopening date in late September 2019. The rest of DinoLand U.S.A. is unaffected by the closure. Whether you’ve been once or 20 times, there is always something new and exciting – or old and worth repeating – to do on a Disney World vacation. I’ve personally traveled to Disney World as a child, teenager, adult, and parent, and I still have a running list of things I want to squeeze in on my next (or next after that) visit. There are a lot of hard ticket events going on at Walt Disney World these days.  If you have the extra budget to play with, it can be hard to choose which one is right for you.  On a recent trip, we opted to splurge on the Early Morning Magic at the Magic Kingdom which takes place in Fantasyland. We had to be up bright and early, but thankfully we were staying nearby at Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort so it was only a 15 minute walk from our room to the front gates to check in.  The event started at 7:45am, before the Magic Kingdom opened to the rest of the days' guests. It was a little rough to get up, but if there's ever a reason to wake up at 6:30am, it is Disney!  After our quick walk over we arrived right around 7:45am and were quickly through the turnstiles and heading down Main Street, U.S.A. I often receive questions about "villas" or "those vacation club rooms" so I wanted to share my experience staying at Bay Lake Tower, the Disney Vacation Club addition to Disney's Contemporary Resort in one of their two bedroom villas. First of all, Disney Vacation Club (DVC for short) villas range from Deluxe Studios (sleeping 4-5) to 3 Bedroom Grand Villas (sleeping 12) and you do NOT have to be a Vacation Club member to book them! These options are great for those that like the home away from home feel or for those that travel with larger parties and like to have the shared space together.  All of the Villas include Disney level accommodations, microwave and fridge. Additionally, 1 bedroom villas and above include a full kitchen and dining area as well as a washer and dryer for laundry.  Let's start with the room.
