Top 3 Reasons to Dine at Beaches & Cream Soda Shop

Ice cream on a hot Disney day is a special kind of magic! As much as I love a good ol Mickey Bar or sundae from The Plaza, if I want to be extra about my ice cream experience, I head over to Beaches & Cream. (Non-dairy frozen dessert options are also offered at this restaurant.) Recently renovated and expanded, this adorable restaurant is located at Disney's Beach Club Resort. Listed below are three reasons you might want a reservation at this "soda shop vibe" restaurant.  You want to experience the kitchen sink: Ordering the Kitchen Sink really is an event. Check out the video below for what you can expect: *This video was taken pre-renovation and prior to COVID-19 safety guidelines. I personally recommend the chocolate kitchen sink. As fun as the original is, I once had a fruit bite mixed with mint chocolate chip that was not quite a delight. Whatever combo you get with the chocolate, it should blend well. You want an insta worthy shake: There are several restauran

Disney's BoardWalk Inn Review

From the eclectic dĂ©cor to the panoramic views of Crescent Lake, the BoardWalk Inn gives you the sense that you have stepped back in time.  That time being circa 1920-1940’s Atlantic City.  The exterior of the hotel is reminiscent of the seaside buildings that could be found along the Boardwalk from that bygone era full of old time glitz and glamour.  Driving through the port couture at the front of the building, surrounded by finely manicured gardens you are met with enthusiastic porters that are there to welcome you home as they take your bags and guide you into the hotel lobby. Disney's Hollywood Studios has so many amazing attractions and entertainment that this Top 10 Must Do list was incredibly difficult to narrow down!  After much internal debate, here are my top 10 Must Do's at Disney's Hollywood Studios. (Plus an Honorable Mention because I just couldn't narrow the list down!) Honorable Mention: Dine in the 1950s We know Disney does a great job at theming and two great examples of that are the Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater and the 50's Prime Time CafĂ©.  The Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater restaurant transports you to a drive in movie theater complete with sci-fi cl
