If you are wearing a MagicBand, your on-ride PhotoPass
photos will now be automatically linked to your My Disney Experience account!
This automated MagicBand to My Disney Experience service has
been testing at various attractions over the last few months, but now moves to
full operational status. You may find that if you have been in the parks over
the last 45 days, those photos are also now available.
For those guests without MagicBands, new touch-points have
been installed at the photo preview walls at select attractions. After riding,
you can touch your RFID card to the reader to associate the photo to your My
Disney Experience account.
Attractions already setup with the touch point features are:
Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin, Space Mountain, and Splash Mountain. Test
Track, Rock ‘n Roller Coaster, The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror, Dinosaur, and
Expedition Everest will be coming mid-November.
Expect to see the MagicBand automated linking to become the
default method in futur…
On October 1, 1982, Epcot opened as the second park in Walt Disney World. The park spans over 300 acres and has two distinct areas: Future World and World Showcase. Future World features attractions that embrace technological innovations and World Showcase is home to pavilions representing 11 countries: Canada, United Kingdom, France, Morocco, Japan, the United States, Italy, Germany, China, Norway and Mexico.
Epcot is an acronym for Experimental Prototype Community of Tomorrow. Although Walt Disney's original concept for Epcot didn't come to life, the park embraces his idea of ingenuity and imagination. The park offers a unique experience of being educational and entertaining. It's a hard task to accomplish but I think Disney does it well! Here's my list of the top ten Must Do's at Epcot.
10. Turtle Talk with Crush
This attraction is totally sweet dude! (Sorry, I couldn't resist.) If you love Finding Nemo and that awesome sea turtle, Crush, you aren'…
Are you married? Yes, happily married for 11 years.
Any children? We have 3 beautiful children.
Favorite vacation destination? People go other places than WDW?!?!
Favorite Walt Disney World Resort? I'm torn. . .The Boardwalk will always top my list. We had the most wonderful 10 day stay there for our Honeymoon. Then when we joined the DVC family, Saratoga Springs Resort became our "Home" and I take pride in that distinction :)
Favorite Walt Disney World attraction? Splash Mountain is our family favorite. It's long, has a big drop, goes inside and outside and from the outside you never guess all the fun that's going on inside :) Favorite Disney restaurant? I have never had a bad meal at Disney but I would have to say the Crystal Palace has a little bit of everything for all taste buds and a Winnie the Pooh parade to boot!

reworked 'Move It! Shake It! Dance & Play It!' Street Party will open on
Friday October 24 2014 at the Magic Kingdom. Jumping
on board with social media, photos taken during the street party and tagged
with #MoveItShakeItPics on Twitter and Instagram may make an appearance in
the finale of the show using screens on the side of each float. Adding a
further level of interactivity will be the ability for guests to vote for music
to be used during the show. Move
It! Shake It! Dance & Play It!' follows a smilier format to the former
'Move It, Shake It, Celebrate It! Street Party,' so expect to see lots of on
street dancing, but with a new set of characters and music. Joining
Mickey, Minnie, Donald and Goofy will be Stitch and Phineas & Ferb. Showtimes
for the opening day are 11am, 12pm, and 5:40pm, starting near City Hall, and
moving to the hub. Sbandieratori Di Sansepolcro - Epcot's latest entertainment
act has opened at the Italy Pavilion.

The Orlando Sentinel is reporting that the developer of the

1900 Park Fare is a buffet style restaurant located in Walt Disney World's majestic Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. This resort is just a short monorail or boat ride
from the Magic Kingdom which is located on the shores of the Seven Seas
Lagoon. As soon as you enter the Grand Floridian you are immediately
swept away with the elegance of this beautiful resort. Located on the
first floor is 1900 Park Fare Restaurant with its charming display of
carousel sculptures, crystal chandeliers and golden accents that adorn
the two rooms used for dining. Notice Big Bertha, a Late 1800’s Band
Organ from France that sits 15 feet above the dining area. Every so
often throughout the meal she may play a little medley.
From 8am to 11am you can get a Supercalifragilistic Breakfast. You will be transported into a wonderland of fun and good food with hosts Alice and/or The Mad Hatter. Keep your eyes open for Mary Poppins to pay a visit. Children may have lots of fun with their bouncy…
Epcot’s new live entertainment act, the Canadian Lumberjack Show made its debut performance earlier this week at the Canada pavilion. The show at the Mill Stage features two teams of lumberjacks competing against each other in a variety of lumberjack skills. Axe throwing, chainsaw work, and log sawing are all part of the act. The Canadian Lumberjack Show marks a significant departure from the previous Off Kilter Show, trading a musical act for a thrill-action show. The 15 minute show is currently in soft opening, and has not yet appeared on the Epcot times guide or in park signage.
Where do you call home? I have lived in Georgia my entire life. My fellow KK agents like to hear me talk so they can giggle at my Southern accent. :)
Are you married? Yes. My husband and I like to celebrate our anniversaries at Walt Disney World. It’s what keeps us together year after year. ;)
Any children? I have two monsters: Nixon and Laney.
Favorite vacation destination? Besides Walt Disney World, I love big cities. Paris, London, and New York are among my favorite places to visit. I love being around energy and movement. Most recently I have discovered the wonders of Colorado and would love to spend more time there, especially Boulder.
Favorite Walt Disney World Resort? The Contemporary. Again, I like bustling energy and the Contemporary is always full of it! I also like the modern décor and the ability to watch Wishes in your pjs. I am also a big fan of Jambo House at the Animal Kingdom Lodge. It is so cool to wake up and see giraffes and zebras outside of your window!…
