The Magic Kingdom's nightly Wishes Dessert Party has
undergone some modifications, bringing some more upscale food and drink
offerings and a higher price point.
Previously priced at $29, the new Wishes Dessert Party jumps
to $49 for adults, and $29 for ages 3-9.
Along with the price increase comes an
update to the food and drink offerings, along with a more upscale experience
with table cloths and place settings.
Sparkling cider, hot drinking chocolate and signature
lemonades join the beverage line-up in addition to the soft drinks.
Desserts include chocolate-dipped strawberries, chocolate
mousse, ice cream, seasonal fruit and cheese, and Disney character-themed
Reservations can be made beginning today by visiting
DisneyWorld.com/dine, or calling 407-WDW-DINE. The event begins on July 5 2015.
Until then, the existing Tomorrowland Terrace dessert party continues to be
available. Epcot's Innoventions West will be closing on April 30 2015.

Located inside Disney's Grand Floridian Resort and
Spa, Grand Floridian Cafe is definitely one of those restaurants at Disney that
seem to fall off of the radar, but should definitely be considered a hidden
With the vast selections of restaurants serving
breakfast on Disney property, this is one of our favorites!
Tastefully decorated with a Victorian flair, Grand
Floridian Cafe is bright, cheerful and friendly, while offering views of the
Grand Floridian's courtyard, and very serene. Being just a staircase (or elevator ride) away from
the monorail, access to Grand Floridian Cafe, could not be more convenient.
Offering full menus for breakfast, lunch and dinner, Advanced Dining
Reservations (ADRs) are usually easy to come by. Walk ups are possible, but not

Where do you call home? Knoxville, Tennessee (close to the Great Smoky Mountains) Are you married? Yes, for 3 years now!
Any children? I have three amazing children: Christopher (31), Casey (27) and Caitlin (24) plus one grandchild (Carter—2) and another on the way!
Favorite vacation destination? Walt Disney World, of course! I do love England and Ireland though. I was born in England and half of my family is still there. I love going home to visit.
Favorite Walt Disney World Resort? The Wilderness Lodge. I love the northwest lodge feel. I didn’t believe Disney could pull off that lodge look until I stayed there. It’s like being in Florida at your favorite place in the whole world and then escaping to a northern lakeside lodge at night. It is so peaceful and relaxing. Favorite Walt Disney World attraction? It’s a Small World. I force my kids to ride it every time and, of course, halfway through they are singing too! Oh, and then The Haunted Mansion and Peter Pan’s Flight and S…
Located in Epcot's Chinese Pavilion, Nine Dragons is definitely one of
those Disney World restaurants that seems to fall off of the radar. Now,
I'll admit, I must have passed Nine Dragon's a hundred times, and never thought
to dine here. I am betting most of you are thinking the way I did; "I can
get Chinese food at home", or have made ADRs (Advanced Dining Reservations
for you first time visitors) only to cancel and dine elsewhere. A lot of past reviews are mixed regarding this restaurant, which I think contributed to me
not dining here in the past, but I had to give Nine Dragons a fair chance. I
can tell you, I'm glad we did! And....... did you know NO MSG is used in any
dishes at Nine Dragon's? Neither did I! Being a fan, that was great news to me!
Nine Dragons underwent a recent facelift or refurb in
Disney-speak in 2009. It really is a pretty restaurant. The reception area does
tend to get a bit crowded, but we were seated within fifteen minutes.
