Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort

I often receive questions about "villas" or "those vacation club rooms" so I wanted to share my experience staying at Bay Lake Tower, the Disney Vacation Club addition to Disney's Contemporary Resort in one of their two bedroom villas. First of all, Disney Vacation Club (DVC for short) villas range from Deluxe Studios (sleeping 4-5) to 3 Bedroom Grand Villas (sleeping 12) and you do NOT have to be a Vacation Club member to book them! These options are great for those that like the home away from home feel or for those that travel with larger parties and like to have the shared space together.  All of the Villas include Disney level accommodations, microwave and fridge. The lobby of Bay Lake Tower is adorned in glass and marble, and has the atmosphere of a fine hotel with modern touches. I find it to be comfortable, clean, and fun as any of the  Disney property resorts are. It’s impressive with the towering structure and Sky Bridge overlooking Magic Kingdom’s Cinderella Castle and Space Mountain “across the street”. The staff is always welcoming and helpful; th
