Ears the News: June 19, 2021 Edition

 Ears the News Brought to you by our friends at WDWMagic.com Mickey and Minnie's Runaway Railway pre-show returns at Disney's Hollywood Studios Mickey and Minnie's Runaway Railway is opened again at the ride's pre-show opening to guests on Monday.  The story, "Perfect Picnic" set up the background adventure before the attraction.  The pre-show last for 1.5 minutes. Photo courtesy of WDWMagic.com Fireworks are back at Walt Disney World theme parks  Starting on July 1, 2021, fireworks will return to Walt Disney World with both 'Happily Ever After at the Magic Kingdom and 'EPCOT Forever' at EPCOT.  'Happily Ever After' will take place at 9:15PM with EPCOT Forever at park close at 10pm.  There hasn't been any announcements regarding the return of Fantastic or the Star Wars Galactic Spectacular show. Ears the News: September 27, 2019 Edition

Welcome to the latest edition of Ears the News Brought to you by our friends at WDWMagic.com The 6 mile long Disney Skyliner opens at the end of the month in Walt Disney World, and we are now starting to hear confirmation of some of the operational details. As expected, lightning will be addressed by the Skyliner system closing when lightning is forecast. The system does feature lightning protection, but Disney will obviously be keeping guests out of the sky during bad weather. Bus service will be available during weather closure of the Skyliner. There are five stations in total covering the 3 lines - at Caribbean Beach, Pop Century/Art of Animation, Disney Riviera Resort, Disney's Hollywood Studios and Epcot International Gateway. Welcome to the latest edition of Ears the News Brought to you by our friends at WDWMagic.com Disney has revealed that its gondola transportation system - Disney Skyliner, will open to guests in fall 2019. In addition , Disney Parks, Experiences and Consumer Products Chairman Bob Chapek unveiled the Disney Skyliner gondola to Disney fans during D23’s Destination D event today at Walt Disney World.
