Disney released several package and room discounts including free dining! For free dining, valid travel dates include August 21 through September 30, 2017 November 14 through November 20, 2017 November 25 through November 27, 2017 December 8 through December 23, 2017 Deluxe and Deluxe Villa Resort hotels receive the Disney Dining Plan while Value and Moderate Resort Hotels receive the Quick-Service Dining Plan. Adding the Disney Dining Plan to your vacation package is a great way to pre-pay for your food, so that you don't have to worry about out of pocket costs while on vacation. Here are some secrets on how to best take advantage of your dining plan. Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater is one of my favorites! Babies and toddlers aren't covered. Children 0-2 years old can't get their own dining plan credits. At non-buffet meals, you have to order a separate children's meal which is not covered by the DDP, or share some of your food with them. Packing lunches and snacks helps supplement meals too. Dine outside the Parks for more variety. There are so many restaurants to choose from at WDW that each day and each vacation can be very different. There are even more dining selections available at the resorts and Disney Springs.
