Yum! I am personally a huge brunch fan, so when I saw that Maria and Enzo's had a Sunday Brunch menu, I knew I had to give it a try!   Maria and Enzo's is located at Disney Springs, making it the perfect stop for our last day when we didn't want to get park tickets prior to heading to the airport.  The brunch menu is available Sundays from 10:00 AM - 1:30 PM and offers a range of breakfast and lunch appetizers, entrees, desserts and of course, beverages. The restaurant itself has an interesting theme, as the decor is reminiscent of an old airport of times past.  The big open space was beautiful although relatively empty when we dined.  We did have to go down the stairs into the dining room, but there is an elevator available for anyone with mobility issues.  Exterior of the restaurant Brunch menu board posted outside Lots of tables to accommodate diners! Lovepop founders Wombi Rose and John Wise became best friends at Webb Institute training to become naval architects. After school, the duo traveled to Vietnam where they discovered incredible hand-crafted paper cards. Rose and Wise launched Lovepop out of the Harvard Innovation Lab in late 2014. Since then, they were named to the 2015 Techstars class, nominated for 50 on Fire by BostInno, and appeared on season 7 of "Shark Tank," where Kevin "Mr. Wonderful" O'Leary became an investor.
