Sleepy Hollow Refreshments at Magic Kingdom has become a fan favorite over the years, often having sizable lines for this small spot. Tucked away in Liberty Square with gorgeous side views of Cinderella Castle, it is easy to miss but a treat to find. Sleepy Hollow's menu consists of waffles, corn dogs and funnel cakes, although people typically come here for the waffles. In the morning you can score a fruit and Nutella waffle for breakfast and later in the day you can get a spicy chicken and waffle sandwich. Because they are so busy, everything is fresh and tasty! You can even peek the Cast Member's deep frying the goodies behind the cashier when you order. The chicken and waffle "sandwich" is a personal favorite of mine, it's just such a nice change of pace from burgers and chicken fingers.
