Paddlefish Restaurant at Disney Springs

After arriving in Walt Disney World around dinnertime with no reservations on our latest trip, we headed over to Disney Springs to see what was available and Paddlefish caught our eye with the beautiful boat shining on the water.  There was space for us at the bar where they serve the full menu, so we settled right in for what was about to be a delicious dinner. I've visited Narcoossee's on almost all t
