After arriving in Walt Disney World around dinnertime with no reservations on our latest trip, we headed over to Disney Springs to see what was available and Paddlefish caught our eye with the beautiful boat shining on the water. There was space for us at the bar where they serve the full menu, so we settled right in for what was about to be a delicious dinner. We started with cocktails and were very impressed by not only the cocktail selection, but also the bartender's knowledge and expertise on the menu to guide us through our selections tonight. At the recommendation of the staff, we had to give the Lobster Corn Dogs a try for our appetizer. These were so fun and very delicious (and I don't normally like lobster!) They are most like a corn dog in that they are on a stick, but don't let that stop you from giving these a try.
