Disney MagicMobile Service

Disney is constantly coming out with new technology to enhance the guest experience at the Walt Disney World Resort. Disney MagicMobile Pass is one of the newer enhancements that provides guests with a convenient and contactless way to enter the theme parks, link Disney PhotoPass images to your account, check in at virtual queue and Lightning Lane entrances and charge food and merchandise purchases to the payment card on file at your Disney Resort hotel room through an eligible iPhone, Apple Watch or Android phone!

What is the MagicMobile Pass, you ask? It's an easy-to-use pass on your smart device that is linked to your My Disney Experience account. You can create a customized digital pass through the My Disney Experience app and then add it to the Wallet app on an iPhone, Apple Watch or the digital wallet on an Android phone.

You can choose from several Disney-themed designs. There are designs themed for each theme park, Mickey Mouse and the rest of the Fab Five, holidays, and there's even special designs just for Annual Passholders and DVC Members! For added ease, you can store multiple passes on a single device which is a great option for families! I'm the designated family member in charge of all our MagicMobile Passes.

Here's a quick step by step guide on how to setup your MagicMobile Pass on the iPhone:

1. If you haven't already, download the My Disney Experience app and then click on what is referred to as the "hamburger" icon in the bottom right hand corner. If you already have the My Disney Experience app, make sure it's the most up to date version.
2. Click on the Plus icon (+) in the top right hand corner and then select the guests you'd like to create a pass for. Once you have the guests selected, you can click on Change Pass Style to make your pass style selection.
3. Scroll through the styles until you've found one you like and then click on that design. You'll see a black outline around the design you've selected. Once you're happy with your selection, click on Done at the bottom of your screen.
4. After you've created your pass/passes, click on Add to Apple Wallet at the bottom of the screen.

5. You can then open your Apple Wallet to use your MagicMobile pass to enter a Disney theme park.
5. Back on the My Disney Experience App, you can see all of your passes and you can Select Passes to Share.
The Disney MagicMobile service is available on iPhones, Apple Watch or Google Pay enabled Android phones. This service is offered in addition to the MagicBand and MagicBand+, the colorful, all-in-one bracelet you may already be familiar with. If you aren't sure what MagicBands or MagicBand+ are, make sure to check out our MagicBands 101 or MagicBand+ post for more information.

Disney MagicMobile service, MagicBand, MagicBand+ or a Key to the World card can be used interchangeably so it gives you extra flexibility on your next Walt Disney World vacation.

Top 10 Must Do's at Disneyland Paris

Disneyland Paris, formerly known as Euro Disney, opened on April 12, 1992. When traveling to different Disney parks, it's hard not to compare it to Disneyland in California or Walt Disney World in Florida. Each park is unique in it's own way. With so many wonderful attractions, it was a little difficult to come up with a Top 10 list. I would have picked "it's a small world", but that was closed when we were visiting. Here are my Top 10 things to do at Disneyland Park at Disneyland Paris: 10. Indiana Jones and the Temple of Peril Indiana Jones and the Temple of Peril, or Indiana Jones et le Temple du Peril in French, is a roller coaster attraction that travels up to 59 feet. It does go through an inversion and travels up to the speed of 36 mph. The attraction is on the shorter side but it was fun to experience this unique attraction. 9. Alice’s Curious Labyrinth Alice's Curious Labyrinth is a maze attraction in Fantasyland. The goal is to reach the castle of

Chronos Club Review at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort

I recently stayed at the Chronos Club at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort. I've been a fan of Disney's Coronado Springs Resort since my first visit as it reminds me of my hometown, San Antonio. I've stayed in rooms ranging from preferred, Casita Suite, Tower King, and now Club Level access. The Chronos Club is located on the 15th floor of the Gran Destino Tower and can only be accessed with a key card or MagicBand to a corresponding Club Level reservation. I've previously stayed Club Level at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge, Disney's Polynesian Village Resort, Disney's Grand Floridian Resort, Disney's BoardWalk Inn, and Disney's Grand Californian Resort. These are all considered Deluxe Resorts. Something that makes the Chronos Club stand out is that it is located in what Disney considers a Moderate Resort. I was really excited to check out the difference in experience, since there can be a notable difference in price tag for Moderate vs. Deluxe Res

Makahiki Character Breakfast at Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa

We had the pleasure of dining at Aulani's Makahiki breakfast and it was a delightful, delicious experience! Makahiki is a restaurant at Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa in Ko Olina, Hawai'i. The Aulani Resort is recognizably Disney as soon as you pull into the property. Its well-manicured gardens, water features, and stunning lobby look like a Deluxe Resort at Walt Disney World.  As off-site guests to Aulani, (we stayed in Waikiki, but that's another blog) I have some helpful tips for visiting the resort, whether it be for the restaurants, the beach, or both! Makahiki – The Bounty of the Islands is open daily and reservations can be made 30 days in advance. I made my reservation on the Aulani website. There were a few times to choose from. I chose the earliest available that day, which was 8:30 a.m., because we had jetlag from the trip. A friendly Cast Member called me a few days before the reservation to confirm it with me. You can, however, find earlier times on other d
