I love a restaurant with a good theme and if you ask me, Jock Lindsey's Hangar Bar has a great theme! This dive bar is set in a 1940s style airplane hangar and has a great backstory. You might be thinking "Jock Lindsey...that name sounds familiar." Fans of a little movie called Raiders of the Lost Ark will recognize Jock Lindsey as the sidekick and pilot to none other than Indiana Jones. As shared on the  official page  for the restaurant, the backstory of Jock Lindsey's is as follows: The two globetrotters (Lindsey and Jones) stumbled on Disney Springs in 1938 while chasing down a mythology-based tip in central Florida. Attracted to the town's natural springs and lush terrain, Jock bought some waterfront property and eventually settled down, piloting seaplane tours across the Sunshine State. Jock eventually built an airplane hangar, air tower and runway, and invited fellow members of The Society of Explorers and Adventurers to pay him a visit. His home base soon...

Tiffins Restaurant opened a few years ago at Disney's Animal Kingdom and instantly became one of my favorite restaurants on property!  The restaurant itself is beautiful and the menu has some unique dishes but still offers something to cater to everyone's tastes.  It is located on Discovery Island right before you cross the path into Pandora so it's easy to get to from a lot of the park.  Tiffins is classified as Signature Dining (two credits on the Disney Dining Plan) so you are in for an upscale treat. I like to start every visit here with a trip to the Nomad Lounge, attached and to the left of the entrance.  This is a stop worth checking out on its own with great attention to detail for the traveling nomad.  They offer small plates and a variety of specialty cocktails.  They also offer wine, beer and non-alcoholic specialties.  The bartenders here are always wonderful and helped me pick out a drink on multiple occasions.  Not pictured here, ...

The Kingdom Konsultant agents took on Lamplight Lounge at Disney California Adventure Park and loved it!  It has such a fun atmosphere with so many neat nods to Pixar. We found ourselves finding all kinds of “Easter Eggs” throughout our meal. Lamplight Lounge is located in the Pixar Pier area of Disney California Adventure. It is two stories, with awesome views of the water, Pixar Pal-A-Round and Incredicoaster. We sat downstairs on the deck, and got to enjoy this incredible view:  We really enjoyed the relaxed, casual atmosphere. Our server was great and easily handled the large group with multiple checks and various requests. We ordered appetizers and entrees and shared everything because we all wanted to try so many things! We couldn’t pass up one of Lamplight Lounge’s signature appetizers, the Lobster Nachos. In fact, I think we had several orders! At $23, these were a crowd pleaser and easily shared.
