Tiffins Restaurant opened a few years ago at Disney's Animal Kingdom and instantly became one of my favorite restaurants on property!  The restaurant itself is beautiful and the menu has some unique dishes but still offers something to cater to everyone's tastes.  It is located on Discovery Island right before you cross the path into Pandora so it's easy to get to from a lot of the park.  Tiffins is classified as Signature Dining (two credits on the Disney Dining Plan) so you are in for an upscale treat. I like to start every visit here with a trip to the Nomad Lounge, attached and to the left of the entrance.  This is a stop worth checking out on its own with great attention to detail for the traveling nomad.  They offer small plates and a variety of specialty cocktails.  They also offer wine, beer and non-alcoholic specialties.  The bartenders here are always wonderful and helped me pick out a drink on multiple occasions.  Not pictured here, but the Hightower Rocks is

The Kingdom Konsultant agents took on Lamplight Lounge at Disney California Adventure Park and loved it!  It has such a fun atmosphere with so many neat nods to Pixar. We found ourselves finding all kinds of “Easter Eggs” throughout our meal. Lamplight Lounge is located in the Pixar Pier area of Disney California Adventure. It is two stories, with awesome views of the water, Pixar Pal-A-Round and Incredicoaster. We sat downstairs on the deck, and got to enjoy this incredible view:  We really enjoyed the relaxed, casual atmosphere. Our server was great and easily handled the large group with multiple checks and various requests. We ordered appetizers and entrees and shared everything because we all wanted to try so many things! We couldn’t pass up one of Lamplight Lounge’s signature appetizers, the Lobster Nachos. In fact, I think we had several orders! At $23, these were a crowd pleaser and easily shared. Star Wars : Galaxy's Edge has been extremely popular at Walt Disney World since it opened at Disney's Hollywood Studios in 2019.  One of our favorite spots in this new area is Oga's Cantina, a very popular lounge where you can get all kinds of fun drinks and take in the atmosphere of Batuu's hot spot. Space inside Oga's is limited so advance reservations are highly recommend and can be made up to 60 days in advance. Even with an advance reservation, be prepared to wait in line outside a bit before being let in. Oga's Cantina is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and reservations are recommended for all meal periods. The small location offers a wide variety of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails that are out of this world.  They also offer a very limited selection of bar bites.  The snacks aren't enough for a meal but they are a tasty option if you need something to eat while you enjoy your cocktails. Disney's Grand Floridian is a beautiful resort in and of itself, but after renovations to some of the public areas a few years ago, they have added the Enchanted Rose Lounge on the second floor of the main building, and it has been popular ever since.  This addition is just gorgeous, with inspiration from Beauty and the Beast, the expanded lounge space is elegant and refined and fits the rest of the décor at the Grand Floridian.  Views from the second floor into the main building Disney describes the lounge best: Step into a realm of elegance and wonder and lounge in 4 sophisticated spaces themed after the Disney live-action film. Visit this signature lounge for an evening of enchantment, where you can order exquisite appetizers like White Sturgeon Caviar, Truffle Fries and more. The bar itself glows from the light of a magnificent golden chandelier inspired by Belle’s flowing ball gown. Delightful details from the beloved fairytale are infused throughout the lounge. The formal lib
