Royal Caribbeans Ovation of the Seas: Stateroom Photo Tour

Agent Adela, and I were fortunate enough to be on the first-ever sailing of the Ovation of the Seas out of the West Coast. We made sure to tour all the different rooms just for you, our clients! Here is a photo tour of all the different types of rooms, including the fancy ones, so you can pick the best one for your trip.

Inside Rooms: Great Value

If you want the cheapest way to enjoy everything the Ovation has to offer, an inside room is a great choice. These rooms don't have windows that look outside. This makes them really cozy and perfect for sleeping in after a long day of fun! You'll find everything you need: a comfy bed (or two!), your own bathroom, and space to relax. Some even have a virtual balcony, which is a big screen showing live views from outside the ship – it's pretty cool!

Ocean View Rooms: See the Sea!

Want to see the ocean from your room? An ocean view room is for you! These rooms have a large window, so you get natural light and pretty views of the sea as you sail. It's nice to know what the weather's like or just watch the waves, all from your comfy room. They're a bit bigger than inside rooms and a good choice if you want that natural light.

Balcony Rooms: Your Own Outdoor Spot

These are often a favorite! Balcony rooms give you your own private outdoor space – a balcony! You can step out, feel the fresh sea air, and enjoy amazing views. Imagine sipping your morning coffee while watching the sun come up over the ocean, or having a quiet moment as you arrive at a new port. We really love these rooms because they give you extra space and a direct connection to the sea. They truly make your cruise feel extra special.

Suites: Lots of Space and Extra Goodies

If you're celebrating something special or just want to spoil yourself, a suite on Ovation of the Seas is the way to go. Suites have much more space, often with separate areas for sleeping and relaxing, and they come with fantastic extra perks.

Here are some of the fancy suite choices:

  • Junior Suite: This is a big room with a private balcony and a larger living area than regular balcony rooms. It's a nice step up for more comfort.  We toured an accessible junior suite that had plenty of room.

  • Grand Suite: These suites are even bigger, often with separate bedrooms and living rooms, and a larger balcony. They come with extra benefits like access to a special lounge called the Concierge Lounge.

  • Owner's Suite: For those who want the best, the Owner's Suite has huge living areas, a private bedroom, and a big balcony for amazing views.

  • Sky Loft Suite: These suites are two floors high! They have great views, a private balcony, and the main bedroom is upstairs. It feels really special.

  • Grand Loft Suite: This is even bigger than the Sky Loft. It's two stories, has huge windows, often more than one bedroom, and a massive private balcony.

  • Owner's Loft Suite: This is a very spacious, two-story suite with a private balcony. It has a grand living space and a fancy main bedroom, great for families or if you want the most comfort.

  • Royal Loft Suite: This is the top of the line on Ovation of the Seas. It's a giant, multi-level suite with many bedrooms and bathrooms, a huge living area, and a massive private balcony that even has a dining spot and a hot tub!

Choosing a suite also means you get special benefits like helpers just for suite guests (concierges), getting on the ship faster, and access to private lounges and dining areas. It's like having your own luxurious apartment on the sea, perfect for relaxing and being pampered.

Choosing Your Perfect Room

When you're picking your room, think about what's most important to you:

  • Your Budget: Inside rooms are the easiest on your wallet.

  • Want a View?: Ocean view or balcony rooms give you natural light and views.

  • Need Outdoor Space?: Balcony rooms and suites have your own private outdoor area.

  • How Much Space & Perks?: Suites offer the most room and special treats, with the Loft Suites and the Royal Loft Suite being the biggest and most luxurious.

No matter which room type you pick, the Ovation of the Seas is full of amazing things to do that will make your cruise one you'll never forget.
