🪄5 Must-Try Bites at Epic Universe (And a Few To Skip)

Between dragon dens, dark castles, and toadstools, we tried lots of good food at Epic Universe. Some bites were so good I’m still dreaming about them. Others, not so much. Here are 5 things we loved at Epic Universe (plus a few side notes of what we didn't.) 🐉 1. Meatlug’s Chicken Bowl – Spit Fyre Grill (Isle of Berk) Spit Fyre Grill is a counter service spot near the ride Fyre Drill. You can mobile order or walk up to order at the window. The Chicken bowl? Absolute fire. Meatlug knows what’s up. It was savory, and flavorful and just felt right in Berk.  It was a chicken breast on a stick, with a delicious drizzle of paprika sauce, grilled brussel sprouts, roasted red peppers, shredded cheddar, and ancient grains. Healthy, but satistfying! I also tried the Rekorderlig Strawberry-Lime Cider, it’s basically summer in a cup. Highly recommend if you like your drinks sweet and a little sparkly.  Meatlugs Chicken Bowl & Cider  Meatlugs Bowl SpitFyre Grill seating area Stoi...

Top 10 Must Do's at Disney's Hollywood Studios

Disney's Hollywood Studios has so many amazing attractions and entertainment that this Top 10 Must Do list was incredibly difficult to narrow down!  After much internal debate, here are my top 10 Must Do's at Disney's Hollywood Studios. (Plus an Honorable Mention because I just couldn't narrow the list down!) 10.  For the First Time in Forever: A Frozen Sing-Along Celebration  Relive the magic of Disney's Frozen  with this sing-along spectacular!  If you just can't get enough of the songs from Frozen, this is the attraction for you!  Even if you don't love Frozen or are slightly sick of it, it's worth a visit at least once.  The 30 minute show is actually pretty funny with the help of some Arendelle Royal Historians who relive the tale of your favorite Frozen characters.  You also get to sing-along to the amazing songs and the oh-so-popular, "Let It Go"!  Don't be ashamed to belt out the lyrics because everyone else in the theater will ...

Best Things to do at Disney's Animal Kingdom

Animal Kingdom’s massive 500 acres are rich in detail, storytelling, and immersive experiences that celebrate the Earth in big and small ways. To help you make the most of your Animal Kingdom visit here are some nature-rich, conservation-inspired Must Do’s: 🌳 Tree of Life & Discovery Island Trails At the heart of the park stands the Tree of Life, an iconic 145-foot sculpture with over 300 animals intricately carved into its trunk. Take time to walk the Discovery Island Trails, where you’ll get closer views of the tree and encounter otters, flamingos, and other animals. It’s a peaceful spot that invites reflection on our planet’s incredible biodiversity. 🌿 Na’vi River Journey Glide through the bioluminescent rainforest of Pandora on this gentle boat ride. Inspired by the fictional planet from Avatar, the journey is a reminder of how interconnected ecosystems can be, real or imagined. Kids and adults alike will love the glowing plant life and harmonious sounds of nature. 🦒 Kilima...

5 Reasons To Book Your Fall Disney Trip NOW!

I don't know about you, but I have always LOVED Disney in the Fall. Here are five things that make going to Disney in the Fall the BEST! 1. WEATHER Weather in the Fall in Central Florida is a bit unpredictable, with hurricanes and tropical storms and all, but a good 75% of the time  the weather is beautiful . Mostly warm, sunny days, followed by comfortable, breezy nights. Warm enough to swim, but cool enough to not feel like your face is melting.  Beautiful blue skies over Animal Kingdom  2. CROWDS  This one mostly applies to early to mid September when  the kiddos heading back to school which causes a  massive drop in park attendance . If you are kid-free, or take the kids out of school, you'll have lower crowds.  Wait times for rides and attractions are at their one of their lowest of the year (January has weeks that are lower), and pool and water park crowds are drastically reduced. It's a totally different experience from Summer, Christmas ...

Top 10 Must Do's at Disney California Adventure Park

Disney California Adventure Park opened on February 8, 2001 and has experienced a lot of changes since then. This park originally opened to highlight the state of California. I remember going to the park right when it opened. It had the letters spelling out California in the front of the park and as you walked into the entrance, you could see the "Golden Gate Bridge." Pixar Pier was called Paradise Pier and the big roller coaster was called California Screamin'. Presently, there are nine themed lands at Disney California Adventure: Buena Vista Street, Pixar Pier, Paradise Gardens Park, San Fransokyo Square, Performance Corridor, Grizzly Peak, Hollywood Land, Avengers Campus, and Cars Land. Here are the top 10 things I love to do while visiting Disney California Adventure.   10. Goofy's Sky School Located in Paradise Gardens Park, this attraction is designed after the short movie, "Goofy's Glider." When it first opened, it was called Mulholland Madness a...
