Top 10 Must Do's at Epcot

On October 1, 1982, Epcot opened as the second park in Walt Disney World. The park spans over 300 acres and has four distinct areas: World Celebration, World Discovery, World Nature and World Showcase. World Celebration, World Discovery and World Nature feature attractions that embrace a global community, technological innovations, and our incredible planet. World Showcase is home to pavilions representing 11 countries: Canada, United Kingdom, France, Morocco, Japan, the United States, Italy, Germany, China, Norway and Mexico. Epcot is an acronym for Experimental Prototype Community of Tomorrow.  Although Walt Disney's original concept for Epcot didn't come to life, the park embraces his idea of ingenuity and imagination.  The park offers a unique experience of being educational and entertaining.  It's a hard task to accomplish but I think Disney does it well!  Here's my list of the top ten Must Do's at Epcot.  10. Mardi Gras 2023 Review

The Mardi Gras season at Universal Orlando Resort is a hidden gem in my opinion.  I love the festive atmosphere, international food booths and high quality entertainment.  This is not a separately ticketed event, so you just get to show up and enjoy! For the basic overview of Universal Orlando Resort's Mardi Gras 2023 Celebration, click here .  We spent a long weekend in February visiting the Universal Orlando Resort, and our main goal was to enjoy Mardi Gras. What we did find challenging though was actually finding the booths we wanted to try. We couldn’t find any sort of ma

Space 220 Restaurant Lunch

Space 220 Restaurant is an out of this world dining experience and that pun was totally intended! Located in the World Discovery area of EPCOT, Space 220 Restaurant serves modern American cuisine with a prix-fixe, 2 course meal at lunch and a prix-fixe, 3-course meal at dinner. While you enjoy your meal, you'll also enjoy amazing views of Earth from 220 miles above, aboard the Centauri space station. The host stand for the restaurant is a little hidden as its tucked away in the Mission: SPACE Pavilion. Head to the right of the pavilion and you'll see a small sign for Space 220 located up the ramp. Once you check-in, you'll enter the restaurant lobby where you'll be given a boarding pass to take the space elevator to the restaurant. The boarding pass is such a simple touch but it's one of those great Disney details that fully immerses you in the theme. Space elevator boarding pass The space elevator is almost like it's own attraction! It's such a neat experie
