Countdown to Flower and Garden Festival!

Happy (Almost) Spring, Disney Fans!!!      Who's ready for some sunshine, some color, some life? Winter blues getting you down? Well, start daydreaming about the 2019 Epcot International Flower and Garden Festival ! Every Spring Epcot blooms with this incredible festival, celebrating the outdoors and all that Mother Earth has to offer us. The festival features topiaries of Disney characters, gardening and home decor demonstrations, an amazing Garden Rocks concert series with pop and rock artists from yesterday and today, and Outdoor Kitchen food and drink booths to enjoy fresh and local bites and sips. There's also plenty of fun for the Littles, including playgrounds, a scavenger hunt and more. Created by Seven-time winner of the nationally-recognized James Beard Awards for culinary excellence, Chef Rick Bayless, the Taste of Mexico City menu features four new menu items, and three featured drinks. In addition, a new seasonal menu adds three new dishes to the restaurant’s line-up. Welcome to the latest edition of Ears the News Brought to you by our friends at WDWMagic.com The former Pixar Place at Disney's Hollywood is back open to guests as an all new Incredibles themed area - Municiberg. You can meet super suit designer Edna Mode and see some of her greatest creations in an indoor meet and greet. At the end of the block, Mr. Incredible, Mrs. Incredible and Frozone, are making appearances throughout the day during a dance party featuring music, dancing, and games. The earlier start introduced in 2018 continues for 2019, beginning a day earlier than last year at August 16. Hey there, Disney Foodies!      Since we find ourselves between Epcot Festivals for the moment, (but just for like, a minute, since Festival of the Arts starts this weekend!), I thought I'd show you some treats and eats from other spots on Disney property that you may want to indulge in.
