Baseline Tap House at Disney's Hollywood Studios

The Baseline Tap House at Disney's Hollywood Studios is a great spot to stop for a beverage and a snack.  With many beers and even wine and cocktails on tap, it's easy to grab your favorite beverage.  Once you've got the goods, find a seat and enjoy your surroundings for a bit.  The atmosphere is reminiscent of downtown Los Angeles while the offerings specialize in California brews and wines.  Most of the indoor seating areas are closed for social distancing at this time, but the tables outside are the perfect spot for people watching.  I'm personally a big fan of cider on tap, so I tend to always go for that, but craft beer fans are sure to find something to suit their tastes! If you can't decide what to drink, you can also create your own flight of four different 5oz pours.  Additionally, you can get a big soft pretzel or a cheese board here to enjoy with your beverage.  They also serve beef puffs or spiced almonds if you are more or less hungry. I love the pretze

Teppan Edo Dining Review

Teppan Edo is a Table Service restaurant located in the Japan Pavilion in Epcot.  It is above the Mitsukoshi Department Store and next door to Toyko Dining.  This hibachi experience has been one of my favorite restaurants at Walt Disney World for years, so I was so happy to hear it was reopening shortly after the parks reopened. While there are some differences to the experience to comply with social distancing, the experience is not lessened in our opinion with these safety measures in place. During our visit in early September, the restaurant opened at 4pm for dinner service only, however we have heard reports of advanced dining reservations for lunchtime moving forward, so if this is a restaurant that interests you, be sure to check their hours for your Epcot park day! After snacking around the Taste of the International Food and Wine Festival, we were ready for a nice break to sit in some AC and relax with some great food right at 4pm.  W

Flame Tree Barbecue: BBQ with a View!

If you’ve been following our blog then you know that there are many restaurants at Walt Disney World that our agents adore.   So far we have been highlighting table-service locations, but today I want to share with you my favorite counter service location in all of Walt Disney World—Flame Tree Barbecue! Place your order here, then find a seat to the left. I’m a Southern gal, so naturally I love, love, LOVE some good BBQ!   Whenever anyone asks for advice on what counter service location to dine at, top of my list is always Flame Tree Barbecue.   As a matter of fact, on the last day of our honeymoon my husband and I made a quick jaunt to Animal Kingdom for the sole purpose of grabbing lunch at Flame Tree Barbecue and riding Expedition Everest one last time before the Magical Express picked us up.   It’s that yummy! Flame Tree Barbecue is in Discovery Island, just before the entrance to Dinoland.   Just f ollow your nose.   You can smell the savory, smoked meats from afar.   This
