From Mexico to Canada, World Showcase at EPCOT is home to many wonderful restaurants. It can be difficult to choose a restaurant when there are so many great options! One pavilion that never disappoints with their restaurants is Italy.  On a recent visit to Walt Disney World, my family and I dined at Tutto Italia Ristorante. It had been awhile since we'd dined here so I was looking forward to revisiting this restaurant.  Located in the Italy pavilion, Tutto Italia brings Old World ambience and serves traditional Italian favorites. We were seated in the dining room but there's also an outdoor patio with seating. Brunch is probably my favorite meal to go out for, and Disney Springs has some hidden gems in the brunch department. House of Blues offers weekend brunch with one of the best deals on property, bottomless mimosas!  If you’re up for it, House of Blues offers a laid back atmosphere with live music for brunch. It is available Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 2pm, with the full menu available after 12pm. We were sat in the back room where we couldn’t see the stage but could hear it and it was a great vibe!  Bottomless mimosas and coffee were the popular choice for beverages, but they also offer a variety of brunch cocktails and other options. Topolino's Terrace is a stunning restaurant at the top of Disney's Riviera Resort, which is most easily accessed via Disney's Skyliner.  The restaurant boasts a terrace with amazing views of the Walt Disney World Resort but is also beautiful in its own right with the attention to detail really coming through.  While it serves a wonderful character breakfast and brunch , we opted to have dinner here on this evening which is more of an upscale character-free affair.  This is a great spot for a night out where you'd feel comfortable getting a little fancy for the meal. We started our evening at the bar while we waited for our table to be ready.  The cocktails here are as delicious as they are beautiful (zero-proof as well!).  I've been here several times now and tried several drinks, and honestly haven't been disappointed with a single one.  We loved the seasonal drink so much one time we asked for the recipe and were gifted a hand-written note with it! When they announced that they would be adding a new Quick Service location to the highly anticipated Pandora in 2017, I was pretty excited. Then they previewed some menu options and I got even more excited, as it all sounded fresh, new and even on the healthy side!  In the 6 years since this establishment has opened, it has become a regular Animal Kingdom stop for me.  I feel like it really started a new wave of creative and delicious Quick Service options at Walt Disney World. Ordering stations and bright menus overhead There are two main features on the menu here, the pods and the bowls.  The bowls are a create-your-own option by mixing and matching their proteins, sauces, and bases (think the Chipotle of Pandora) while the pods are fixed cheeseburger flavor which are very popular. The Kingdom Konsultant team had the pleasure of being invited to the Disneyland Resort for agent training recently, and the first night the whole group was there, we went to Carthay Circle for dinner. The restaurant is a model of the famed Carthay Circle Theater, where Snow White debuted in 1937. The restaurant is elegant and beautiful, but not pretentious. They are used to people in theme park attire. We had trouble securing a reservation for 18, but we were able to get 3 smaller reservations and the restaurant was accommodating to seat us at tables next to each other. We had beautiful tables on the balcony overlooking Disney California Adventure and a dazzling sunset.  Some of us ordered entrees, some ordered appetizers but mostly we ordered a lot of things to share! Every table tried the Warm Cheddar Parker House Rolls, which were served with Calabrian Chili-Pine Nut Romesco Butter.
