Disney Designer Goods

I like to shop.  I like nice things.  I love Disney!  When all three of these are combined, it’s like a match made in heaven for me.  And herein lies the problem.  Disney has joint ventures with many of my very favorite designer brands, and I don’t know how to say “No!” to any of them!   I’ve become quite infatuated, and maybe a little obsessed, with collecting and searching out these objects of my affection.  I’ll give you all a brief primer on the easiest places to find, and the best way to choose all of my favorite Disney designer goods! Ears the News is brought to you courtesy of our friends at  WDWMagic.com . Disney has confirmed the dates for this year's Osborne Family Spectacle of Dancing Lights at Disney's Hollywood Studios. The display will begin this year on November 6 2015 through to January 3 2016. An update to Disney's PhotoPass service has added watermarks across images when viewed online at MyDisneyPhotoPass.com. The copy protection watermarks cover a large amount of the image, a technique which is often used to dissuade people from copying an image without making a purchase. Any photo that has not been purchased will show the watermark, both on the index screen, and during any editing (as shown above). If a photo is purchased, or is part of the Memory Maker package, the watermark is removed. Oahu, Hawaii Beyond Aulani

So, one of your dreams is to visit Hawaii.  It's a beautiful destination but it's so far away.  From the East Coast it is about a 10 1/2 hour non-stop flight and even longer if you have a connection.  So, when you finally go, you want to be able to spend some time there.  Here are some suggestions to make the most of your visit to the gorgeous island of Oahu. Surfing statue on Waikiki Beach Start your vacation with at least 2-3 days in Waikiki.  You can stay at one of the breathtaking beach front hotels and enjoy beautiful Waikiki Beach!  Waikiki offers tons of recreation, sightseeing and dining options.  For the more adventurous travelers, there are surf board rentals all along the beach.  After you're done riding the waves, take your photo next to the statue of Duke Kahanamoko, the father of modern surfing.  You can find shaved ice for sale in several locations, with flavors you won't find at home.  Near the end of Waikiki beach, but well before Diamond Head, yo
