2016 Epcot Food and Wine Info and Full MENUS!!!

Hello there, Disney fans!      Well, it's time to write one of my very favorite posts of the year... the announcing of the details, (and MENUS!), of  Epcot's 2016 International Food and Wine Festival ! Along with Holidays Around the World and Flower and Garden, Food and Wine is one of the top highlights on the Walt Disney World calendar and one event that I personally am SO excited to attend! It's a delicious and exciting culinary adventure around the world that anyone that likes food, (and who doesn't????), or alcohol, (again...), is sure to love. Let's check out what's new and exciting this year, as well as what old favorites will be returning!       Did you know that at Food and Wine, you can catch some of the most fun concerts from famous artists of days gone by, try amazing bites and sips, AND learn culinary tricks of the trade from some of the top chefs in the industry? Welcome to the latest version of Ears the News Brought to you by our friends at WDWMagic.com Rock 'n' Roller Coaster at Disney's Hollywood Studios will be closing for a refurbishment later this year. The closure is currently planned to begin on October 27, through to November 9. 5 Reasons to Visit Disney in the Fall

     I have always loved Orlando in the Fall. You Northerners probably find that weird, because Fall is the one time of year that the struggles and strife of dealing with snow and cold is all worthwhile. You get paid off in beautiful colors, crisp air and apple and pumpkin picking outings, right? All true. And I miss my hometown of Boston in the Fall very much, I am constantly reminded that Fall in Orlando is pretty awesome too. Here's why... Perfect Orlando weather! 1. Oh the weather outside is.... delightful!        OK, so I will admit that weather in the Fall in Central Florida is a bit unpredictable, what with hurricanes and tropical storms and all, but a good 75% of the time  the weather is beautiful . Mostly warm, sunny days, followed by comfortable, breezy nights. Warm enough to swim, but cool enough to not feel like your face is melting.
