This month, Enzo’s Hideaway Tunnel Bar at Disney Springs will be partnering with Goose Island Beer Co. to host the first Smuggler’s Series of 2019.

The Smuggler’s Series is a recurring dining event featuring notable beer, wine, and spirit pairings at the Hideaway. On Saturday, January 19, from 12-2 p.m., there will be a lunch featuring Bourbon County Stout pairings in partnership with Goose Island Brewery. Goose Island Brewery educator and industry expert, Mike Smith, will formally instruct attendees about the brewery’s renowned beer barrel aging program and provide insight on each of the beers carefully selected to complement the dishes on the four-course tasting menu.

Enzo’s Hideaway Executive Chef John Miele has paired the brews with Italian specialties like aged fontina en carozza, roasted baby beets with burrata, grilled main lobster linguini, ricotta gnudi and braised lamb ragu, and a bittersweet chocolate ganache tart, enhancing the flavors of the stouts in each course.

The 6 mile long Disney Skyliner opens at the end of the month in Walt Disney World, and we are now starting to hear confirmation of some of the operational details.

As expected, lightning will be addressed by the Skyliner system closing when lightning is forecast. The system does feature lightning protection, but Disney will obviously be keeping guests out of the sky during bad weather. Bus service will be available during weather closure of the Skyliner.

Disney Villains After Hours Event

This summer, the Kingdom Konsultant Agents took on a full day of training followed by a late night Magic Kingdom adventure at the Disney Villains After Hours Event.  The night promised low crowds, special effects on attractions, specialty food items available for purchase, a unique stage show and PhotoPass opportunities, and Maleficent at night. Pro tip: you won't be able to accomplish it all in one night, there is just too much to see and do!

The two main attractions with overlays were Pirates of the Caribbean…
